Password hijacking of broadcasted remote command objects from trustable clients isn‘t possible any longer. The encryption depends on connection specific parameters and is invalid for other clients.

RELEASE - WinAmpRemote (PAX)

Now, it‘s possible to enqueue whole directories (and all their sub-contents/-directories) into play list w/o selecting every single file separately.
Sometimes, you‘re in troubles if the remote machine isn‘t part of your network group. In this case you cannot brows its media files because the network machine‘s entry is missing in windows explorer. WinAmpRemote gives you the possibility to access the concerning machine directly by specifying the host name/IP.

New software release. A remote control software to telecommand another computers in a local area network. This solution isn‘t platform-dependent as long as the concerning operating system has installed a Java runtime environment.
